Collectively, they have operated in professional services, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, software, and retail. Each industry is its own ecosystem and they understand the nuances required to both find qualified vendors and suppliers, and to build lead generation systems that can consistently drive revenue up.

Ricardo Resendiz
Founder and CEO
Born in Mexico City with a passion for helping others, Ricardo Resendiz was destined to thrive in the worlds of law and business. After obtaining a degree with honors from Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (1991-1994), he went on to become a founding partner of the law firm Reséndiz Wong, Abogados, SC.
Along the way, he continued his legal education, earning several post-graduate diplomas from prestigious institutions: Escuela Libre de Derecho Law School (Commercial Arbitration, 1996); International Chamber of Commerce ICC (Letters of Credit, 1996); Universidad Iberoamericana Law School (Corporate Law, 1997); Universidad Panamericana Law School (Tax Law, 1998); Universidad Panamericana Law School (International Finance Law, 1999) and a Masters in Tax Law (2000), also from Universidad Panamericana Law School.
As an attorney, he’s amassed more than 20 years of professional experience. He helps foreign companies and private investors conduct business in Mexico, with an emphasis on mergers and acquisitions, corporate law, cross-border transactions, real estate, industrial property, immigration and corporate taxation.
His success as a business lawyer and foreign investment expert led Reséndiz to become a guest lecturer at the U.S. Department of Commerce in Mexico City as well as Tecnológico de Monterrey (ITESM), Mexico’s leading university. Other collaborations include work with major media networks like CNN, Bloomberg and specialized law magazines such as Oil & Gas Investor and The Institute for Strategic Negotiations at Princeton.
